Alert 1: Erroneous Billing Issue
Marana Water customers with a service address zip code of 85653, 85658 or those who do not have sewer charges on their statements received an incorrect bill in the mail for May 2013. The statement they received was a copy of the bill due on March 8, 2013.
Corrected May 2013 bills have been mailed; the incorrect bills may be disregarded.
Customers with accounts on automatic payment through their checking accounts will be charged the correct amounts on June 10.
Customers who have already remitted payments based on the incorrect bill will still be credited. If a balance remains after the payment, the Town will ensure that no late fees are assessed on the next statement. Those with a credit on the account after their payments will have it applied to future bills.

The 2011 Annual Water Quality Report is available in our offices and on our website. The report will not be distributed to each customer, but can be mailed to any customer upon request.
