Commercial Contractor and Subcontractor List - Under state law, all contractors and subcontractors working on a project must possess a valid contractor's license. Additionally, all contractors working within Town limits must possess a Town of Marana business license.
Revenue Bond Requirements for Contractors - State of Arizona Department of Revenue has mandated that building departments obtain a bond certificate, prior to the issuance of a building permit, for construction of projects valued at more than $50,000. This form provides information to assist the Contractor in obtaining one of two types of certificates.
