Performance Bond - This form is used in conjunction with the issuance of a temporary certificate of occupancy.

Miscellaneous Residential
Manufactured Home Brochure - This brochure is a discussion of the permitting process for manufactured homes.  It provides information associated with approvals mandated by other Town departments and/or outside agencies.
Residential Solar-Powered Photovoltaic Electric Cogeneration System Checklist - These are itemized lists outlining submittal requirements for residential improvements. It should be noted that such a project is subject to approval by Town of Marana Planning Department and may be subject to approval by a specific homeowner's association and/or governed by certain deed restrictions. Please consult with the appropriate parties to verify specific requirements/restrictions.
Revenue Bond for Owner Builder - The Arizona Department of Revenue has mandated that building departments obtain a bond certificate, prior to the issuance of a building permit, for construction of  a single family residence valued at more than $50,000. This form provides information to assist the owner/builder in obtaining one of two types of certificates.

Automatic Payment Authorization - This form is to be used by builders, contractors, developers, and other potential applicants who are interested in establishing an account from which deposited funds for payment of permit fees can be drawn from.
Impact Fee Map - This map indicates the location of various benefit areas corresponding to specific impact fees.
Impact Fees by Subdivision - This is an itemized list outlining specific impact fees that correspond to particular subdivisions.
Underground Utility Identification - This handout outlines the requirements of State of Arizona House Bill 2256 for the identification of underground facilities on private property after December 31, 2005.
