Periodically, Development Services reports on construction activity within the Town.

This report includes the number of permits issued by type along with permit fee and valuation totals. It also reports on inspection activity conducted by the Building Safety Department.

Additionally, this report includes the number of units and total fees collected for the following:

• Water Meters issued by Town of Marana Water Department 
• Renewable Water Resource Fees
• North Transportation Benefit Area Impact Fees
• South Transportation Benefit Area Impact Fees
• Marana Park Impact Fees
• Sky Ranch Education Fees

Finally, this periodic report offers an estimated completion percentage for currently ongoing, larger commercial projects.
