"RING OF FIRE" SKATEBOARDING COMPETITION
The Town of Marana, in partnership with I AM SKATE, presents the "Ring of Fire" skate competition. This fun and safe event encompasses different aspects of skateboarding. Watch skateboarders showcase their skills in a positve enviroment. The skateboarding event consists of: Game of Skate (Beginner & Advanced), Best Trick (Beginner & Advanced) and an Ollie Competition.

HOLIDAY FESTIVAL AND TWINKLE LIGHT PARADE
Join Mayor Honea as he celebrates the Town’s 13th Annual Holiday Festival. Kick off the holiday season with food, crafts, games, music, family entertainment and a visit from Santa and Mrs. Claus. Back by popular demand, the Twinkle Light Parade! The Twinkle Light Parade will feature cars, trucks, machinery and bicycles with lights, bells and music. At approximately 7:30 pm Mayor Honea and Town Council will flip the switch, lighting up the Christmas Tree.

EGG NOG JOG
On your mark, get set, gooooooooooooo! Get a healthy start to 2011 by participating in the 4th Annual Egg Nog Jog. This non-competitive 5k run/walk begins at Continental Reserve Park and loops through the beautiful Reserve neighborhood. Egg Nog will be provided at the end of the race along with several fun prizes. Each participant will receive a free shirt.
