Welcome to the Permits and Records Center!
MISSION STATEMENT
To provide the ultimate customer service experience to our permitting customers by providing oversight of, and accountability in, the permitting process; to provide a central contact for each customer and ensure accurate, quality and timely processing of permit applications.
We have three divisions in our department:
Permit Center - Regularly monitoring processing time, notifying applicants of status updates, and help applicants have an excellent customer experience from pre-application to permit finalization.
Records Center - Their duties are scanning, inventory, retrieval, storage, tracking and records retention.
Reception - Excellence in customer service, accurately route calls and vistors to correct departments, and accountablility in receipting and cash handling.
